(2) Pricing: Prices are in IDR/USD/EUR and exclude taxes/shipping unless stated.

(4) Final: All orders and payments are final, except as stated in our refund policy.

Shipping & Delivery

(1) Regions: We ship nationwide in Indonesia and internationally (export fees apply).
(2) Delivery Time: Estimated timelines are provided but not guaranteed due to logistics delays, customs, or natural disasters.
(3) Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once shipped, you can track it on shipping courrier / forwarder website.
(4) Risk of Loss: Once goods leave our factory, shipping carriers/forwarders assume full responsibility. We advise inspecting goods immediately and reporting damage directly to the carrier. We also recommend, insuring your shipment.

Intellectual Property
